The dairy products they craft are truly artisanl, and each one as delicious as the last. This is not mass produced "cheese", but a dedication of flavors and process that is evidenced by the products they are putting out. The Havarti and Gouda were outsanding, the baby swiss and curds equally exceptional. I highly recommend going off the beaten path to experience what they have to off, you will not be sorry."
