Wanderer
Wanderer is an Alpine Style cheese washed with local Kolsch beer made by Cole Road Farms in Boston NY. Lightly pasteurized and aged 6-8 months, Wanderer is earthy, meaty, with a buttery finish and slight hazelnut malt flavors.
