Aged to perfection at 3 months, this Organic Swiss Cheese is considered a Baby Swiss. Smooth and creamy, with a mild flavor that is slightly sweet and nutty. Just like our roads in Buffalo NY, this cheese is full of holes! Wedges tend to be ablong and oddly shaped.

Each wedge is hand cut and packaged at 1/3lb.
